Course Syllabi Exchange
Syllabus Exchange (added Feb. 11, 2007)
The syllabus exchange link is an Excel file that you can download and sort in the manner that you prefer. The Excel file has underlying links to the syllab that are on the ATA server.
The ATA Graduate Tax Education Committee needs your help in updating and expanding the ATA’s Tax Syllabi Exchange. If you have a syllabus that you are willing to share, please send it as an email attachment to Sharon Lassar at lassars@fiu.edu. Include the words "ATA Syllabi Exchange" in the subject line.
The text of the email should include the following information:
1) Course name
2) Topics covered (if not obvious from the name)
3) Course level (undergraduate/graduate)
4) Faculty name and affiliation
5) Whether you have additional course material that you are willing to share (i.e. lecture notes, problems sets, cases, assignments, etc.)
Please share your syllabi, no matter how brief, especially if you are willing to discuss your teaching approach with other faculty. One goal for the syllabi exchange is to help us identify faculty that teach specialized topics so that we may call upon one another for advice.
Syllabi should be formatted as Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF files. We appreciate your help and look forward to receiving your syllabi.
