Charge:
- Select a primary site and a back-up site for the 2006 ATA Midyear
Meeting. If possible, these sites should be selected form the
list of cities approved by the Trustees at the February 2001 meeting.
These cities were the highest ranked cities from the membership
survey conducted in 1998.
- Coordinate with the 2003 Midyear Planning Committee to ensure
that a wide selection of potential sites are included in the 2003
Midyear evaluation form.
- Report the selection to the President and the Board of Trustees
by their August 2003 meeting. The Board will then approve the
selection by a majority vote. If the selection is not approved,
it will be sent back to the committee. The committee will then
submit another site for the Board's approval.
