Charge:
- Study and report to the President and Board of Trustees on
all matters of concern regarding ATA publications.
- Review and make any necessary changes to the Publication Committee
Handbook.
- Oversee the ATA website.
- Consider the feasibility of a new ATA journal focusing on education
research. If additional assistance is needed, consult with the
education research committee. Report the Publication Committee's
recommendation to the Board of Trustees by the August 2003 meeting.
- Because of the inauguration of the ATA Journal of Legal Tax
Research, refine the plan for editor rotation so that the editorship
terms of JATA and the new journal do not expire in the same year.
- Investigate library access for the ATA Journal of Legal Tax
Research and the potential for and level of a subscription fee.
