Message From the Editor This is my final issue as editor of The Auditor’s Report. As of Fall, 1998, Gary Braun of the University of Texas at El Paso will take over as Editor. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who worked with me on the newsletter over the past three years, including authors, Auditing Section officers, and American Accounting Association personnel. I especially thank Greg Trompeter and Tim Pearson for doing a wonderful job with the “Have You Seen?” column, Kurt Pany for his insightful reporting on the Auditing Standards Board, and Jim De La at AAA for his help and patience. |
