There are Conference awards for the Best Manuscript and the Best Student Paper and a TLC Section award for the Best Educational Paper.
Papers submitted to a regional meeting may also have been submitted to the American Accounting Association National meeting or mid-year sectional meetings, but should not have been published elsewhere before the Midwest meeting.
