Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after January 16, 2017 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 31, 2017 or for no-shows.

Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
If you anticipate having limited mobility during your participation in the meeting, it is very important that you notify the hotel when you make your reservations, and when you check into the hotel.
