- Registration closes at 11:59 pm EDT on July 15, 2015.

- On-site registration will be available starting at 5:00pm on August 7, 2015 at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Registrations received after July 15 will be charged a $100 late fee.

Note: Annual Meeting registration requires membership dues for 2015-2016 be paid by all attendees. All membership types include a subscription to Accounting Education News and an electronic subscription to The Accounting Review, Accounting Horizons, and Issues in Accounting Education.Optional segment dues are additional.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed. Please submit all cancellation requests to 
info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 15. No refunds will be available after July 16.

AAA Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
If you have limited mobility during your participation in the AAA Annual Meeting, it is very important that you notify the hotel when you make your reservations, and when you check into the hotel. Should there be an emergency that would require evacuation, hotel staff need to know that you would require assistance.
