2015 Registration Information

The registration fee includes a name badge, List of Registrants, Friday Evening Welcome Reception, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Evening Reception, Sunday Breakfast, Sunday Lunch.

     
Candidate A candidate is a current PhD Student with an expected graduation date of Spring 2016 who is ready to enter the job market upon graduation.

Observer An observer is a current PhD Student who is NOT expected to graduate in the Spring 2016 semester. Observers may watch the student presentation portion, however they may not participate in the interview process or do presentations of their own.

Preregister - Mail/Fax
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail 
registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Candidates need to upload their application materials (dissertation, CV, etc) by November 15th

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
kelli.gouwens@aaahq.org).
Candidates - If unable to attend you must notify the AAA immediately.
Recruiters - Cancellations received after November 19, 2015 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after November 25, 2015, or for no-shows.
Observer - If unable to attend notify the AAA immediately. NOTE: fees are non-refundable

MORE PRIVACY! Each table will have a curtained drape on three sides to give you more privacy for your interviews. Institutions will have the ability to maximize their recruiting time by signing up for an interview table. The tables will be available:
Saturday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
 
Sunday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
 

All Interview Tables will be located in Symphony Ballroom III/ IV, located on the Ballroom Level

Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
