Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA (at above address or at
info@aaahq.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after January 18, 2016 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 8, 2016 or for no-shows.
