Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email Info@aaahq.org). Cancellation requests received after February 6, 2017 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 13, 2017 or for no-shows.

Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
