Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellation requests received after May 29, 2017 will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after June 26, 2017.

Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
If you anticipate having limited mobility during your participation in the meeting, it is very important that you notify the hotel when you make your reservations, and when you check into the hotel.
