Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org. Cancellation requests received after August 13, 2018 will incur a $100.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after September 3, 2018.

Meeting Attendees with Limited Mobility
If you anticipate having limited mobility during your participation in the meeting, it is very important that you notify the hotel when you make your reservations, and when you check into the hotel.
