The American Accounting Association's
KSAA Framework

As part of the development of the AAA's faculty development agenda, the Accounting Education Advisory Committee developed a framework of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes (KSAAs) for accounting scholars and departments to choose from, depending on their missions, to meet their faculty development goals.

The following is an outline of the main components of the KSAA structure. The complete framework, including detailed descriptions for each category below may also be reviewed.
