The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program and attendance list, and the Friday evening reception.

Preregistration is open until January 2, 2013, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 10, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 31, 2012, or for no-shows.
