Every 6-months, the electronic version of the Journal will be "closed" and published in printed form. Printed volumes with index of Volume 1 2002-2003 onwards will then be available from the Secretariat. CALL FOR PAPERS A General Guide for Authors is that papers should be as brief as possible consistent with the journal's objectives. They should be typed and double-spaced. A copy, in WORD format, should be submitted electronically. In order to ensure an anonymous review, authors should not identify themselves directly or indirectly. A cover page should show the title of the paper, the author's name, title and affiliation, and any acknowledgements. The title of the paper, but not the author's name, should appear on the first page of the text. An Abstract of 150-250 words should be provided on a separate page immediately preceding the text. Experience has shown that papers that have already benefited from critical comment from colleagues at seminars or at conferences have a much better chance of acceptance. Further information on submission requirements is available on the Institute's Web page, and papers should be submitted to: editor@cmawebline.org.
