The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to events), two continental breakfasts, Friday and Saturday lunches, and Thursday and Friday receptions. The initial conference reception on Thursday January 6 starts at 6:00 p.m. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 6 and ends at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 7.
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA (email firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after December 19 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 26, or for no-shows.
