Registration
The meeting registration fee includes a name badge (required for admittance to all events), all meals specified in the program, and a list of registrants. Anyone whose registration is not received by January 22, 2007 will be charged a $50 late registration fee. To help us assure the proper room size and food requirements, it is very important that you complete the meeting registration form indicating the sessions and meals you expect to attend.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (info@aaahq.org). Cancellation requests received after January 23, 2006 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 20, 2006, or for no-shows.
Americans with Disabilities Act
The American Accounting Association intends to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Any members planning to attend this meeting who have special needs, as covered by the ADA, are requested to notify Debbie Gardner at the American Accounting Association, debbie@aaahq.org or (941) 556-4101 to facilitate identification and accommodation of these needs by the Association.
