The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to events), continental breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday receptions. The initial conference reception on Thursday January 17 starts at 7:00 p.m. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 18 and ends at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, January 19. A closing reception is scheduled on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. The early registration deadline is December 17, 2007.

Cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA (email firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after December 17, 2007 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 7, 2008, or for no-shows.
