Registration Information
The registration fee includes the meals listed in the preliminary program, the Friday evening reception, and admittance to concurrent sessions and the panel session (name badge required).
Registration fee, up through September 8, 2009: $195 Registration fee, after September 8, 2009: $220
Registration Information for PhD Students
PhD students who are members of the AAA are not required to pay a registration fee to attend the conference, but must still fill out a conference registration form. PhD students who are planning to attend the Doctoral Consortium must also fill out a separate registration form for the consortium.
Preregister Online
Members can pre-register online for theresearch conference. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.
If you have forgotten your user ID and password, you may retrieve them by entering your email address on the login retrieval form located HERE. (Note that the email address you enter must be the same email address contained in your AAA member record.) If you do not receive an email message containing your login information, please contact the American Accounting Association at info@aaahq.org or (941) 921-7747.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after September 8, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after September 28, 2009, or for no-shows.
