Registration Fee
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to events), continental breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday receptions.  The early registration deadline is December 15, 2008.

Online Preregistration
Preregistration for this meeting is now closed. Registrations will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA (email info@aaahq.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after December 15, 2008 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 5, 2009, or for no-shows.

Americans with Disabilities Act
