The advance registration deadline is March 16, 2009.

Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.

Cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after March 16, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 6, 2009, or for no-shows.
