Registration Information

The registration fee includes the Friday evening reception, name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, and attendance list.

The conference will open this year with a Recruiting Reception from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday, January 21, 2010.  The reception is intended for PhD students seeking academic placement and faculty at schools seeking to fill open positions.  Meeting registrants may choose to purchase a ticket for this event.  The Recruiting Reception is complimentary for registered PhD students. Must indicate attendance when registering for the meeting.

The conference program begins with lunch at noon on Friday, January 22, 2010 and ends at 5:30 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2010.   Registrants interested in attending the lunches may purchase a ticket by indicating their preference on the registration form.

Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 21, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 11, 2010, or for no-shows.
