Registration Information

Preregistration is now closed. Registrations will be taken on-site during the meeting.

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, breakfasts on Friday and Saturday and lunch and dinner on Friday. 

Early Registration Fee (on or before February 21, 2011) $175.00
Late Registration Fee (after February 21, 2011) $200.00
Student $50.00

Pre-registration is open until March 11, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT.  Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after February 21, 2011 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 14, 2011, or for no-shows.
