Registration Information

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, Friday and Saturday lunches, and Friday evening reception.

Doctoral Students

Students should indicate on the registration form if they will attend the AIS New Scholar Consortium and/or the Mid-Year Meeting. Seating for the New Scholar Consortium is limited. If you have registered for the Consortium and cannot attend, please be sure to cancel your registration for the event to allow another to attend in your place.

*NOTE: Students should print and complete the Registration Form for the Midyear Meeting or AIS New Scholars Consortium, online registration is not possible for students. The completed form can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Pre-registration is open until December 29, 2010, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 6, 2010 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 27, 2010, or for no-shows.
