The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, and attendance list, and the Friday evening reception.

Preregistration is open until December 28, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 5, 2011 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 26, 2011, or for no-shows.
