The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Friday.

Preregistration is open until February 23, 2012, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email email@example.com). Cancellations received after February 13, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 20, 2012, or for no-shows.
