CPE Verification Form

To receive the Certificate of Completion for CPE credit for this meeting, follow these steps:

(PLEASE NOTE: Only United States participants receive CPE credit for attending this meeting. Does not apply for International participants.)

  1. Complete the online interactive CPE Verification Online Form.

  2. Save document to your computer.

  3. Email completed form to Stephanie Glaser, Meetings & Education Manager (Stephanie@aaahq.org).

If you are having trouble with the online interactive form:

  • Mac users will need to open the document in Acrobat Reader (not Mac's Preview).
  • You may need to upgrade your version of Acrobat Reader. Click Here to upgrade.

  • Or you may want to print the form, complete it manually, and return to the American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399 or fax to 941-923-4093.
