The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, Friday and Saturday lunches, and Friday evening reception.

Doctoral Students – AIS New Scholar Consortium and Midyear Meeting
- Students must be an IS Section member to register for the AIS New Scholar Consortium and/or the Mid-Year Meeting.
- The registration fee is waived for IS students. Online registration is not possible, but can register by completing the PDF registration form and fax to 941-923-4093 or email scanned form to info@aaahq.org.
Note: Seating for the New Scholar Consortium is limited. If you have registered for the Consortium and cannot attend, please be sure to cancel your registration for the event to allow another to attend in your place.
Pre-registration is open until December 28, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 5, 2011 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 26, 2011, or for no-shows.
