Registration Information
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), continental breakfast, luncheon, refreshment breaks and reception on Friday, and Saturday. The early registration deadline is February 27, 2012.

NOTE: Preregistration is open until March 22, 2012, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations will be accepted on-site at the meeting location after this date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after February 27, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 19, 2012, or for no-shows.
