Registration Information
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, two continental breakfasts, Friday and Saturday lunches, and Thursday and Friday receptions.

Preregistration is open until January 2, 2013, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 10, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 31, 2012, or for no-shows.
