Registration
Registration for the meeting includes name badge, required for admission to all events, one copy of the Proceedings, list of registrants, Friday continental breakfast and lunch, Friday evening reception, and Saturday breakfast. The advance registration deadline is March 17.
CPE Workshop: Boeing Tour, Thursday April 7, 9:15 AM – 3:30 PM
The tour includes the Boeing Plant, lunch with presentation and discussion with Boeing Financial Group, and tour of Boeing’s Prologue room. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS: Cameras and cell phones are NOT allowed. Boeing does not provide storage for valuables, they are best left at the hotel. You will need to provide identification at Boeing such as a driver’s license. Casual attire is appropriate but you should wear comfortable shoes.
Due to the sensitive nature of Boeing’s business, Boeing requests certain information from tour participants prior to the tour, therefore, we are not able to accept registrations for this tour after March 17. Boeing policy states plant tours may be restricted for “Foreign Persons” as they define below. Complete the information requested by Boeing on the hard copy meeting registration form. If you register for the meeting online and sign up for the Boeing tour, you will receive an email to complete and return. If you are a foreign person interested in participating in this event, please contact Jane Saly at pjsaly@stthomas.edu or 651-962-4254 no later than March 11.
A foreign person is any individual who is not a citizen of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or a "US Protected Individual". This definition includes any foreign corporation, business association, partnership, trust, society or any other entity or group; as well as international organizations, foreign governments and any agency or subdivision of foreign governments, such as diplomatic missions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after March 17, 2005 will incur a $20 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 28, or for no-shows.
