Registration
Registration for the meeting includes name badge, required for admission to all events, one copy of the Proceedings, list of registrants, Friday continental breakfast and lunch, Friday evening reception, and Saturday breakfast. The advance registration deadline is February 27.
CPE Workshop: Hawthorne Race Course Tour, Thursday, March 30, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
The tour includes the racing facilities, lunch with presentation and discussion with Hawthorne management, betting forum, opportunity to enjoy simulcast racing. (Please note: due to a change in the schedule instated by the Illinois Racing commission, there are no live races on Thursdays — races will be via simulcast only.) Participants who desire to place wagers on races must do so at their own expense. Wagering funding is not included in the cost of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after February 27, 2006 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 23, or for no-shows.

If you pay by credit card, you may fax your registration form to (941) 923-4093. If you mail a registration form to AAA that was previously faxed, please indicate that on the form.
