Registration Information
The registration fee includes conference registration, name badge (required for admission), one copy of the Proceedings, list of registrants, Thursday reception, Friday continental breakfast and lunch, Friday evening reception and Saturday breakfast.

Preregistration is open until October 3, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after September 10, 2012 will incur a $35 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after October 1, 2012, or for no-shows.
