Biographical
Form Jeff began his career in 1977 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, where he served a number of clients, principally in the health care and retail industries. Jeff has been a partner for 13 years and serves in the Firm's Office of General Counsel, providing consulting and technical support to the Firm's inside and outside attorneys on litigation, government investigations and other regulatory matters. In his role in the Office of General Counsel, Jeff reviews audit work, advises senior management of the Firm on litigation and other risks and settlement strategies, helps prepare witnesses for testimony, makes presentations to certain government and regulatory agencies, and assists in the preparation and instruction of Firm training on risk management. Prior to transferring to the Cleveland office in 1999, Jeff was in the Firms Office of General Counsel in New York City for 9 years. Jeff also recently served on the AICPAs Fraud Task Force, responsible for revising the auditing standard on the Auditors Consideration of Fraud in a Financial Statement Audit, which was issued as SAS No.99.
Jeff has been an active member in a number of civic, charitable and professional organizations, including the Greater Cincinnati Corporate Voluntarism Council, the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts of America, the Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland and the Miami University Business Advisory Council.
