Note: Two-Year College faculty are eligible for a special reduced registration fee. This fee includes name badge (required for admission to all Friday and Saturday sessions); one copy of the proceedings and list of registrants; and lunch on Friday. Tickets for the other meal functions are available for purchase on the special registration form.

Preregister Online
Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below. Note: Two-Year College faculty should complete special registration form in order to receive the special registration fee (see Mail/Fax instructions below).
If you have forgotten your user ID and password, you may retrieve them by entering your email address on the login retrieval form located HERE. (Note that the email address you enter must be the same email address contained in your AAA member record.) Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after April 6, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 27, 2009, or for no-shows.
