Preregistration is closed. Registrations will be taken on-site during the meeting
Registration
Registration includes name badge (required for admission to all events); one copy of the proceedings and list of registrants; reception on Thursday; continental breakfast, lunch and Awards Banquet on Friday; breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Guest fees apply to Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch and Friday evening banquet/reception.

Note: Two-Year College faculty are eligible for a special reduced registration fee. This fee includes name badge (required for admission to all Friday and Saturday sessions); one copy of the proceedings and list of registrants; and lunch on Friday. Tickets for the other meal functions are available for purchase on the special registration form.

Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below. Note: Two-Year College faculty should complete special registration form in order to receive the special registration fee (see Mail/Fax instructions below).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after April 6, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 27, 2009, or for no-shows.
