Registration Information

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admission to all events), one copy of Proceedings and List of Registrants, reception on Thursday, continental breakfast, lunch and reception/awards banquet on Friday and breakfast buffet on Saturday.

Effective Learning Strategies Poster Session
The ELS session will be Friday afternoon, May 7, 2010. If you have a favorite teaching tip, best practice, or innovation you want to share with other accounting faculty at the meeting, please consider submitting your materials on or before April 9, 2010. Your submission will be peer-reviewed within two weeks of submission for quick acceptance/rejection turnaround so you will have time to register for the meeting. Click Here for more information.

Preregister Online
Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.

If you have forgotten your user ID and password, you may retrieve them by entering your email address on the login retrieval form located HERE. (Note that the email address you enter must be the same email address contained in your AAA member record.) If you do not receive an email message containing your login information, please contact the American Accounting Association at info@aaahq.org or (941) 921-7747.

Mail/Fax Registration
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after April 5, 2010 will incur a $30 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 19, 2010, or for no-shows.
