Registration Fee
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admission to all events), Collected Abstracts, List of Registrants, Thursday evening reception, continental breakfasts on Friday and Saturday, Friday luncheon, and Friday evening reception and entertainment.On-site registrants cannot be guaranteed a luncheon ticket due to the hotel's policy for food guarantees prior to event.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after March 15, 2004 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 26, 2004 or for no-shows.Americans with Disabilities Act
