Registration for the meeting includes name badge (required for admission to all events), Collected Abstracts, list of registrants, Thursday evening reception, continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, Friday Luncheon, and Friday evening reception and entertainment. The advance registration deadline is April 2, 2007.Academic Registration Fee — $175
Practitioner Registration Fee — $200

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after April 2, 2007 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 23, 2007, or for no-shows.Preregister Online
