The registration fee includes the proceedings, luncheon, and awards breakfast. The early registration deadline is February 14.

NOTE: AAA-SW members must register for BOTH the AAA-SW meeting and the FBD meeting on FBD’s registration form.

Online Registration is now available. The last day to register online is February 14, 2012.

Registration via mail can be done via a hard-copy form. All registration payments made by mail must be postmarked by February 7, 2012.

After the above dates, on-site registration fees apply ($100 for regular members; $50 for students). Higher on-site association fees may also apply.

Special Accommodations: Anyone who requires a special accommodation for a specific disability should contact the Sheraton Hotel at least one week prior to the conference.
