Registration Information
The registration fee includes the electronic proceedings, coffee breaks and a luncheon. The early registration deadline is February 26, 2013.
Registration Fees FBD Registration Fees Registration Fee US$ (includes coffee breaks) $100.00 Student Registration (includes same as above) $50.00 PLUS: AAA Registration Fees Registration Fee US$ (includes e-proceedings & luncheon) $110.00 Student Registration (includes same as above) $50.00 Late Registration Fee (after February 26) $135.00 Late Student Registration (after February 26) $75.00 ($35 cancellation fee will be assessed if late cancellation) EXAMPLE: REGISTRATION TOTAL $210.00 US$ = (FBD $100 + SWAAA $110)
NOTE: AAA-SW members must register for BOTH the AAA-SW meeting and the FBD meeting on FBD's registration form.
Online Registration is now available. The last day to register online is February 26, 2013.
Registration via mail can be done via a hard-copy form. All registration payments made by mail must be postmarked by February 19, 2013.
After the above dates, on-site registration fees apply ($125 for regular members; $75 for students). Higher on-site association fees may also apply.
Special Accommodations: Anyone who requires a special accommodation for a specific disability should contact the Convention Center and/or conference hotel at least one week prior to the conference.
