Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Annual Meeting of the Western Region includes the
name badge (required for admission to all events), List of Registrants,
Thursday and Friday night receptions, Friday luncheon, continental breakfasts
on Friday and Saturday. The proceedings will be available online.
Cancellation Policy
The advance registration deadline is March 31, 2002. After this date, a
late registration fee will be charged. All cancellations must be received in
writing at the AAA in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received
after March 31, 2002 will incur a $20 cancellation charge. No-shows who
cancelled after April 18, 2002 will not be eligible for a refund.
