In order to confirm a room reservation, attendees will be required to provide a first night's deposit (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the meeting dates). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest who has requested a room checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $25.00 to that guest's account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Doubletree Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
