Registration Information

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), List of Registrants, Proceedings, Thursday and Friday evening receptions, Friday continental breakfast and luncheon and Saturday buffet breakfast.

Non-AAA Member Registration Fee $235

Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after March 29, 2010 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 12, 2010, or for no-shows.
