Registration Information
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), List of Registrants, Proceedings, Thursday and Friday evening receptions, Friday continental breakfast and luncheon and Saturday buffet breakfast.

Preregistration is open until April 11, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after March 19, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 9, 2012, or for no-shows.
