This webinar shifts the focus from candidate preparation to faculty responsibility, exploring how hiring committees and faculty advisors can contribute to a more transparent and supportive experience for candidates. Drawing on recent research and panelist perspectives, the session will highlight practical strategies for reducing uncertainty, improving communication, and supporting candidate well-being throughout the job market process.
