Accounting research regularly investigates topics that resonate with the general public including issues of taxation, stock-trading, executive malfeasance, and the effects of government policy. Faculty have expertise and a story to tell. But when reporters come calling, do you embrace your role as your research’s greatest champion or worry whether or how to talk to the media? In this webinar, you will learn what stories reporters are looking for, how to conduct yourself during an interview, what traps to watch out for, and how to address any inaccuracies in the reporting.
