Each lunch includes a presentation of FARS awards. To encourage attendance and support our award recipients, the section will subsidize the cost of lunch to keep the price relatively low. We encourage all registrants to join us for the lunches and these awards presentations.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (emailInfo@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 21, 2026, will incur a $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 11, 2027, or for no-shows.
