ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM AND REGISTRATION FEE INFORMATION

Annual Meeting Program: In addition to research paper sessions, there will be panels, plenaries, and educational sessions. To view information about CPE credit hours for the meeting, please click HERE.

Communities and Networking: Check the program for a list of the informal gatherings for Sections and other groups.

The Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes:

  • Three days of in-person conference sessions from August 12-14
  • Access to approximately 300 concurrent sessions.
  • A variety of sessions and panels featuring members sharing their work, support from colleagues via valuable feedback, and learning/networking with thousands of fellow members from around the world.
  • Exhibit Hall Admissions, Electronic Program and List of Participants in the Meeting App, and CPE credit hours for attending sessions.

Guest Registration

  • Guest registration is required for all guests of registrants. Guest registration includes name badge, and access into the Plenary Sessions, Welcome Reception, Early Bird Reception and Exhibit Hall admission. Accounting faculty and students are NOT eligible to register as guests.
  • Guests ages 0-17 years - $0
  • Guests 18 years old and up - $150 ($175 if registering on-site).

NOTE: If you have registered for the Annual Meeting and have an edit or addition to your registration, please email info@aaahq.org.

NOTE: Due to advance meal guarantees, you will not be able to purchase a breakfast and/or lunch meal after July 31, 2024.

Cancellation Policy: Annual Meeting/CTLA/Pre-Conference Workshop

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 24, 2024. No refunds will be given for anything July 25th and beyond.

REGISTRATION FEES:

All members must pay the membership dues for 2024-2025 in addition to the registration fee for the meeting, whether attending CTLA-only or the full Annual Meeting. Take advantage of the Early Registration Fee and save. Register by Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 11:59 Eastern!

July 10-July 31, 2024: There will be an additional $100 fee on all registrations received starting July 10, 2024.

Late Registration/On-site Fee August 1 - August 14, 2024: There will be an additional $100 fee on all registration received starting August 1st ($50 for students). No refunds will be given starting July 25th and beyond.

Additional CTLA, Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Options

Please Note: You may register to attend CTLA only. Your 2024-2025 Membership dues will have to be paid at the time of registration. Registration for the Pre-Conference Workshops require AAA Membership and registration to the 2024 Annual Meeting.

Please note: Due to advance meal guarantees, July 31, 2024, Registration for CTLA received after July 31,2024 will not include the lunch on Saturday.

Please note: Due to advance meal guarantees on July 31, 2024. Registration for the Symposium received after July 31, 2024 will not include the Accounting Exemplar Lunch on Sunday.

(Note: If you want to attend both the Annual Meeting and CTLA, you must register for both events separately. Your membership dues will be paid with the first event that you select. You will receive two separate receipts for CTLA and the Annual Meeting if you register for both events).

Registration Change Form

If you need to make an addition to an Annual Meeting or CTLA registration that has already been processed, CLICK HERE to download the change form. Email completed form to ar@aaahq.org, or fax to: 941-923-4093, or Mail to AAA, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Forms must be received by July 31, 2024. All additions are based on availability.

Visa Letter Requests

  1. First you must register for the Annual Meeting
  2. Once you have registered for the meeting please complete this form.
  3. All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided. Please allow 7-10 business days to process.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the Registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional Pieces, written publications, videos, and the Association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
