ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM AND REGISTRATION FEE INFORMATION
Annual Meeting Program: In addition to research paper sessions, there will be panels, plenaries, and educational sessions. To view information about CPE credit hours for the meeting, please click HERE.
Communities and Networking: Check the program for a list of the informal gatherings for Sections and other groups.
The Annual Meeting Registration Fee included:
- Three days of in-person conference sessions from August 1-3.
- Access to approximately 200 concurrent sessions.
- A variety of sessions and panels featuring members sharing their work, support from colleagues via valuable feedback, and learning/networking with thousands of fellow members from around the world.
- Exhibit Hall Admission, Electronic Program and List of Participants in the Meeting App, and CPE credit hours for attending sessions.
- WOW! Virtual Annual Meeting registration is included with the in-person Annual Meeting registration. You get two different Annual Meetings with different content in each!
The Virtual Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes:
- Two days of conference sessions from August 11-12.
- Daily live welcome from AAA President Robert Allen and a replay of his keynote addresses from the in-person Annual Meeting.
- The concurrent sessions and panels at the virtual meeting will have different content than the presentations at the Annual Meeting.
- Electronic Program and List of Participants, and CPE credit hours for attending sessions.
- Register for the Virtual Annual Meeting only if you cannot attend the in-person Annual Meeting in San Diego.
Annual Meeting/CTLA/Pre-Conference Workshop/Virtual Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 22, 2022. No refunds will be available after July 22, 2022, this includes cancellations of meal tickets purchased, guest registrations, CTLA, Ethics Symposium and Pre-Conference Workshops.
REGISTRATION FEES:
All members must pay the membership dues for 2022-2023 in addition to the registration fee for the meeting, whether attending CTLA-only or the full Annual Meeting. Take advantage of the Early Bird Discount Rate and save – register BEFORE July 8th at 11:59 pm Eastern!
July 23 and later/On-site: There will be an additional $100 processing fee on all registrations received starting July 23rd and later. No refunds for cancellation will be given after July 22nd.
