Don't miss the opportunity to attend the 26th Annual Ethics Research Symposium
REGISTER NOW PROGRAM
In conjunction with the Public Interest Section, colleagues across the AAA who are engaged and interested in research and teaching related to Ethics are invited to submit papers, cases, and panel session proposals for presentation at the 26th Annual Ethics Research Symposium. The Symposium will be held in person in San Diego, California on Sunday, July 31st before the AAA Annual Meeting.
Classic perspectives of ethics and accounting place them at the core of the accounting profession's obligation to serve the public interest and honor the public trust. Beyond the profession's obligation, accounting scholars have the responsibility to highlight the roles of ethics, accountability, responsibility, and the impact of accounting on society. These themes have never been more important than today and play a critical role in investigating the causes and consequences of (un) ethical practices and policies at the systemic, organizational, and individual levels.
Questions can be sent to the Ethics Research Symposium Co-chairs: Lisa Baudot, UCF (lisa.baudot@ucf.edu) and Dana Wallace, UCF (dana.wallace@ucf.edu)
